Installing Applications Through the Android Market

The Android Market is essentially Android’s answer to Apple’s iPhone App Store. As of September 2009, the Android Market already offered well over 10,000 applications, and this number has only continued to grow. In addition to the applications the Android Market offers, you can also use it to install other downloaded third party applications.

  1. Copy the APK file to your Android’s memory card and insert the card into your phone.
  2. Download and install the Apps Installer application from the Android Market
  3. Once installed, the Apps Installer will display the APK files on the memory card.
  4. Click and install your APK files.

Installing Applications With Android SDK

It is possible to install APK files without utilizing the Android Market, although the process is more difficult and complex. To avoid the Android Market, you need to use Android SDK.

  1. Download and install the Google Android SDK program and the Android USB drivers. The download links are as follows: http://code.google.com/android/intro/installing.html
  2. http://dl.google.com/android/android_usb_windows.zip
  3. You need to modify your Android’s settings to allow the installation of applications from other sources. Under “Settings,” select “Application Settings” and then enable “Unknown Sources.” Also under “Settings,” select “SD Card” and “Phone Storage,” and finally enable “Disable Use for USB Storage”
  4. This last step is easy. Open Command Prompt and type the following: adb install <1>/<2>.apk
  5. However, when you type the command, replace <1> with the path to your APK file and replace <2> with the name of the APK file.
  6. You’re done! Your application is now ready for your use and enjoyment.

ZUwxs Face Swap 1.4 (Android) APK VMPGi Face Swap 1.4 (Android) APK

We added a much needed zoom feature for adjusting the masks, it’s great for smaller screens but also for larger ones. Some bugs have been addressed, let us know if you still have issues.

Want to swap two faces in a photo? Now you can! It used to take a Photoshop master to blend one face into another, but Face Swap makes it so easy and fun to switch faces, everyone can do it!

Use it to amuse people at your next party, boring day at the office, or family get together. Swap the faces of your friends, co-workers, mom and dad, even your grandparents!

Simply take a picture, or import one from your gallery, and Face Swap will scan and locate the faces. Don’t worry if it won’t detect your face, just drag and resize the masks over the faces. Then push the Swap button and get creative!

***FEATURES***

• Easy to use: Snap/Import -> Fine tune -> Save/Share

• Universal app: Works on phones and tablets, both portrait or landscape mode

• Share your creations: Use any sharing option available on your device!

• Ad-free, no internet connection required!

***DEVELOPER TIPS***

For best results, use photos taken in good lighting, faces should not be covered or at excessive angles. Use the mirror option (< ->) if faces are tilted (not straight). You can fine tune the results, just reposition the mask(s) and hit the Swap button again.

As much as we strive to make this available to over 1000 different Android devices, some crashes might occur, please let us know if it doesn’t work on your device, feedback is very important to make Face Swap even better.

Please contact us for help, we cannot answer to reviews. We promise to reply in the shortest time possible.

What’s New in Face Swap version 1.4:

  • Auto zoom feature on faces for greater accuracy

  • Improved blending so results look better

  • Bugfixes for some crashes
